Skills and experience required:

Planner
Due to the continued success of the company, an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our Strategic Purchasing team in the role of Planner. The candidate must be able to manage supply chain performance, control inventory levels and deliver demonstrable improvements within the Purchasing function. Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager the applicant's duties and responsibilities will be:
- Good knowledge of MRP systems;
- MRP ordering;
- Manage procurement spend effectively;
- Inventory management -shortages, excess and obsolete;
- Responsible for management of on time deliveries of raw materials to support manufacturing production;
- Ensure materials are purchased at correct price with no variance and to appropriate specification;
- Manage day to day supplier issues and develop supplier relationships;
- Monitor forecast trends and own input to weekly meetings;
- Strategy planning -lead times, order quantities, long term issues;
- Reporting - KPI;
- Support input on Quarterly Business reviews of Suppliers.
The successful candidate will have:
- Purchasing experience in fast moving environment;
- Decision making abilities and analytical approach;
- Commercially astute;
- Good interpersonal skills;

Senior Electronics Design Engineer
Due to the continued success of the company, a great opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated senior hardware engineer at Linn Products. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills and an enthusiasm to see successful end to end project delivery. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid working knowledge of low level mixed signal design along with either a working knowledge of switched mode power supply design or VHDL development.
They should also be able to demonstrate and technically describe products/projects that that they have previously designed from concept through to delivery. Experience with product approvals to the EMC and Low Voltage Directives would be an advantage.
Successful candidates will join small team of similarly skilled and motivated electronics engineers working in a cross disciplined and fast paced design team producing world class electronics to thrill customers around the world.
Relevant Knowledge Sets:
- Proficient in low noise mixed signal electronic design
- Power Amplifier Design - Analogue / Class-D and Digital Topologies.
- VHDL Design - Synthesis and Test Bench verification from CPLD state machines through to hard coded processors in the larger FPGA's.
- SMPS Design - Flyback / PWM Half-Bridge and PWM Full Bridge from 20W up to 1kW.
- Microprocessor design.
- Top-level system design.
- Layout skills / knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong approach to problem solving, both technical and process.
- Familiar with Altium Designer and Modelsim.
- Passionate about music

Sales Account Manager
Due to the continued success of the company, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales team in the role of Sales Account Manager.
Working in a diverse but highly energetic sales team, you will be responsible for managing a group of accounts and/or territories to grow sales and develop the Linn retailer network as well as contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with your team to:
- deliver against agreed sales targets and objectives;
- manage, develop and support our retailer network;
- apply and maintain agreed retailer standards;
- provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting to the Sales Manager;
- plan, manage and report on key sales activities and initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of 2 years sales experience within the A/V industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets;
- high levels of energy, drive and a desire to succeed;
- a high level of product awareness and market knowledge;
- the ability to communicate effectively and developing strong relationships at all levels internally and externally;
- strong presentation and interpersonal skills;
- a natural talent to inspire and motivate;
